About Us:

Kitchen and Bath Center is seeking motivated, dependable Installers to join our team. We install high-quality cultured marble bath products for new construction and residential remodel projects across Escambia, Baldwin, and Mobile counties, as well as surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do:

Verify all job site materials are present and undamaged upon arrival
Install cultured marble products, including vanity tops, backsplashes, shower walls, and tub surrounds
Conduct accurate field measurements to ensure precise fits
Work efficiently, safely, and cleanly alongside the team
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients

Requirements & Qualifications:

Required: Hands-on experience with bathroom remodels, specifically tub and panel installations
Preferred: Prior experience installing cultured marble
Physical: Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly
Skills: Strong attention to detail, a high level of safety awareness, and the drive to complete daily work orders independently without constant supervision

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
